In order to control the risks of food and drug safety, protect the consumer’s right, CFDA has proposed the opinion about promote the manufacturer and dealer of food and drug to improve the tracing system. The opinions are as follow:

1. The tracing systems of food and drug are the important parts that compose manufacturer and dealer’s safety system. The manufacturer and dealer of food and take the main responsibility for constructing the tracing system that can trace back the source of product and trace forward where the products go to. When there is problem come out, the product should can be recalled.

2. The manufacturer and dealer of food record the raw materials purchasing, testing, manufacturing, and sale accurately and correctly. The information system is suggested.

3. The dealer of drug and medical equipment should record the procedures referring to GMP, making it is traceable for every step

4. The manufacturer of cosmetics should make every step traceable.

5. The supervision department of government should inspect and promote the tracing system construction by companies.

6. Encourage the companies construct information technological tracing system.
