NHFPC abrogates the third classification technology accreditation for its clinical application. The medical institutes are prohibited to apply clinical operation of technology that has vital safety issues, and debating ethic issues and that is clearly forbidden or be eliminated. 

The technologies that has high difficulties, risks, and that requires high technical staffs are limited to use. For the medical institutes that plan carry out the technology operation, they should obtain the accreditation from NHFPC. For the medical institutes that have already gotten the accreditation from former health ministry, they should fill record in the NHFPC.
