CFDA released notice on technology transfer of sterile medical product
In order to clarify the requirement of technology
transfer of sterile product, CFDA released Notice on technology transfer of
sterile medical product like injection. The notice requires that, from Jan, 1,
2015, the approved province level administration agency should stop accepting
the approval application. The applications that have been accepted should be
checked following the standard of the notice. From Jan, 1, 2015, the sterile
medical product technical transfer should been applyied according to Administrative
Regulations for Technology Transfer Registration of Drugs and been
