CFDA published food and drug administrative penalty regulation
The revised regulations for the supervision and administration of
medical devices was adopted at the 39th executive meeting of the State Council
on February 12, 2014, and was put into force on June 1, 2014. On May 23, 2014,
China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) issued an announcement on the
implementation of the Regulations for the Supervision and Administration of
