CFDA issues circular on relevant issues concerning re-registration of medical devices
On December 9, 2013, China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) issued the Circular on Relevant Issues Concerning Re-registration of Medical Devices to simplify application documents for the re-registration of medical devices on the condition of guaranteeing the safety and effectiveness of marketed products.
