On Nov. 28^th, 2014, Beijing, China, CMBA held the 5th representatives meeting and the 1st council meeting of the 5th council, CMBA. The 4th president of CMBA, Peng Yu, reported the work summary, the new president of CMBA, Wei Yuquan gave inaugurate speech and give expectation to CMBA. The rules, number’s fee and other regulation were proved by more that 130 of the representatives who participated the meeting. The representatives also elected the number of association by voting. The 5^th council president, vice president, executive number, general secretary and vice general secretary were also elected by the numbers of the 5^th council, CMBA. Finally, the numbers of the new council discussed the development way of CMBA in order to more service to bio-medicinal industry.
