On June 18-20th, the 8th China Bio-Industry Convention was held in Tianjin, China which is held by Tianjin Municipal government and other organizations including CMBA. Meantime, Stem Cell Technical R&D Forum was co-held by the CMBA, CQAP and Tianjin Reform and Development Commission. WU Zuze, the academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences,introduced the current Chinese progress of stem cell research. WU Zhaohui, the General-Secretary of CMBA, introduced the domestic and international policy about stem cell. CHENG Tao, the deputy head of Institute of Hematology of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, gave report about progress of diseases related to hemopoietic stem cell transplantation. LI Defu, the chairman of VCANBIO, reported how to upgrade Chinese biotech and pharmaceutical industry using innovation capital. Nobel prize winner and the president of ISCT also attended the forum and gave speech.
