The exhibition with a theme of 'high growth opportunity on the biotech industrial chain' will consist of four primary display areas: biological science, biological technologies, biological industry and financing services. The exhibition will gather high-end resources covering the whole biotech industrial chain.

Participants include big players in the biotech industry from domestic and abroad and nearly 100 enterprises and research institutions from more than 10 countries and regions have confirmed their participation in the first Shenzhen International Biotech Innovation Forum & Exhibition, organizers announced on September 5^th 2012. In addition, investment and financing institutions from domestic and abroad will join the event to seek potential cooperation with exhibitors. Among those institutions will be the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and IER Venture Capital Co., Ltd.
